Sheet index

Four things, in the order a remodel actually happens.

  1. A1

    Photograph every room

Add each space as it is today and order them the way you would walk through the house. Baseline photos are the ground truth everything else is judged against.

  2. A2

    Agree on a look

Write one style statement for the whole project and pin inspiration photos and links to it. It keeps the conversation anchored and steers any images you generate.

  3. A3

    Propose designs

Upload a render, or describe a change and generate one from the baseline photo. Iterate on the ones that are close, keep the ones that are right, discard the rest.

  4. A0

    Walk the whole house

Swap a proposal into its room and scroll the house end to end, or run it as a full-screen slideshow. A kitchen looks different once you have just come in from the hall.

General notes

  1. To-dos by room

Notes, links and photos on each one, gathered per room on the project page.

  2. Reactions and comments

Weigh in on a proposal, attach the product links, and note a rough cost.

  3. Invite anyone

Send a link to your designer, your contractor, or the rest of the household.

  4. Electrical, maintenance, budget, vendors

The same project keeps the panel map, the service log, the recurring bills and the people you call.

  5. Works on your phone

Photograph rooms as you stand in them. Install it to your home screen if you like.

Start with the room you argue about most.

Make a project, photograph one space, and invite the people who have opinions. Lloyd is free, and there is nothing to buy.
